You don't need to take perfect notes during the call. Just make sure the meeting is being recorded or transcribed.

  • If you use Zoom/Teams/Google Meet: Go to your recording settings and download the "Transcript" or "Captions" file (.txt or .vtt).

  • If you use a tool like Otter.ai or Fireflies: Export the full transcript as plain text.
